Introduction
As our Senior Product Designer in the Growth team, you'll bring Product Thinking into Marketing by owning the customer journey across our marketing websites. You'll identify the right customer problems to solve, validate assumptions through research, and design experiments that directly improve business outcomes.
Tasks
- Product Discovery: Lead end-to-end discovery by conducting customer research, analysing qualitative and quantitative insights, identifying customer problems, and translating findings into high-impact opportunities.
- Experimentation: Partner with the Growth team to define hypotheses, run experiments, evaluate results, and iterate based on evidence rather than opinion.
- Experience Design: Design user experiences across our marketing websites that improve conversion, activation, expansion, and referral while driving measurable business impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse behavioural data, website performance, and A/B test results to uncover opportunities and prioritise the highest-impact initiatives.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Champion customer evidence by facilitating discussions, challenging assumptions constructively, and helping teams make better decisions through research and data.
- Strategic Ownership: Proactively identify new opportunities, influence the Growth roadmap, and drive initiatives independently.
- End-to-End Design: Move seamlessly between discovery, UX, UI, and iteration while creating high-quality solutions using existing design systems.

- Data Literacy: Confident combining qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and make evidence-based decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communicator who can influence without authority, challenge ideas respectfully, and align cross-functional teams around customer evidence.
- UX & UI Excellence: Strong UX and UI skills with experience designing scalable, user-centred experiences using established design systems.
