Introduction
DevOps Engineer – Senior or Mid-Level (Full Remote / EU Time Zone)
We’re supporting an international engineering-driven company in scaling their platform team. They’re looking for one Senior or one strong Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join their remote-first setup.
This is a long-term opportunity (permanent preferred, freelance up to 6 months possible).
About the Role
The DevOps function has become a bottleneck and risk factor in the company’s growth. The team urgently needs reinforcement to ensure platform stability, improve automation, and drive forward new initiatives.
This is a chance to work on complex production systems, take ownership, and grow your skill set in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements
Technical Stack
Must-Haves:
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- Docker
- Strong scripting (Python, Bash)
- Solid communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- AWS
- CI/CD (Jenkins, etc.)
- Security / networking knowledge
- Database administration
- Previous software development experience
Communication
- English required for Slack, meetings, and documentation
- Clear communication skills essential
- German is not required
