Introduction

DevOps Engineer – Senior or Mid-Level (Full Remote / EU Time Zone)

We’re supporting an international engineering-driven company in scaling their platform team. They’re looking for one Senior or one strong Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join their remote-first setup.

This is a long-term opportunity (permanent preferred, freelance up to 6 months possible).

About the Role

The DevOps function has become a bottleneck and risk factor in the company’s growth. The team urgently needs reinforcement to ensure platform stability, improve automation, and drive forward new initiatives.
This is a chance to work on complex production systems, take ownership, and grow your skill set in a highly collaborative environment.

Work Setup & Culture

  • 100% remote – Europe-based time zone preferred
  • Team spread across Germany, India, Dubai, Spain, and Africa
  • Flat hierarchy, modern, and flexible environment
  • Collaborative culture with high autonomy
  • Two company events per year (all expenses covered for winter retreat; summer BBQ partly funded)

Tasks

What We’re Looking For
