Chief Technology Officer (m/f/d)

Klim is on a mission to fight climate change by enabling farmers to transition to regenerative agriculture. As CTO, you will oversee the company’s technology strategy and execution, leading the product and engineering teams in building scalable, impactful solutions for agriculture and climate.

• Own and drive Klim’s overall technology vision and roadma
• Lead engineering and product teams, ensuring high standards in execution and delivery
• Define scalable architecture and ensure data security/compliance
• Drive innovation in climate tech and agricultural solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership
• Align technology with company goals

Extensive experience as a technology leader (CTO, VP Engineering, or similar)
- Proven track record scaling engineering organizations in a fast-growing environment
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, data security, scalable architectures
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on leadership
- Strong people leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Passion for sustainability, climate tech, or agriculture is a plus
