Engineering Manager – Site Reliability Engineering/SRE (f/m/d)

As an Engineering Manager for Site Reliability Engineering & Developer Experience (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will nurture and support a collaborative team that ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of our products while empowering engineers with thoughtful tools and workflows.

+ Build and nurture a supportive team that harmonizes SRE excellence with developer experience
- Establish SRE practices: SLI/SLOs, error budgets, trust-based postmortems using Datadog metrics
* Create observability strategies with Datadog and monitoring stack
- Support sustainable incident response, on-call processes, and automation (GitHub Actions, Terraform)
- Partner with engineers to integrate reliability into CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)
- Foster reliability best practices across Kubernetes infrastructure
- Guide teams in Azure usage and prepare for multi-cloud architectures
- Encourage adoption of AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for efficiency

• Experience supporting SRE, DevOps, or platform teams
• Knowledge of SRE principles (SLI/SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction)
• Hands-on experience with observability (Datadog, ELK) and large-scale production systems
• Empathy for developer workflows and sustainable on-call
• Knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
• Understanding of Azure cloud and multi-cloud transformations
• Communication skills for incidents, postmortems, cross-team collaboration
• Experience with authentication systems (Okta, EntraID)

• Background with databases (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB) desirable
