Generalist Copywriter, DACH Market

We are seeking a talented and versatile Generalist Copywriter, DACH to join our dynamic Marketing team in Berlin. This role is key to strengthening Aircall's presence across the DACH market by creating compelling, high-quality content tailored to German-speaking B2B audiences.

As a Generalist Copywriter, you will help bring Aircall's brand, products, and campaigns to life through engaging, relevant, and impactful messaging. You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Social, SEO, and Design to develop content that supports Aircall's growth objectives across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute across the full content ecosystem, from SEO and long-form content to paid advertising, email nurturing, product messaging, social media, and video scripts.

• DACH Content Creation: Create high-quality German content tailored to B2B audiences across the DACH market, including blogs, landing pages, campaigns, and other marketing assets.
• Campaign & Paid Copy: Develop compelling copy for integrated campaigns, paid advertising, product launches, and landing pages.
• Email & Nurturing: Create copy for email campaigns, lead nurturing, and lifecycle communications.
• Product, Social & Video: Develop product messaging, social media content, and scripts for video and creative campaigns.
• SEO, AI & Content Amplification: Create SEO-driven content, leverage AI tools to improve content production, and repurpose content across channels.
• Collaboration & Optimization: Work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Design teams, using insights and performance data to continuously improve content.

• B2B & SaaS Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in copywriting or content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• DACH Market & Language: You are a native German speaker with a strong understanding of the DACH market and fluent in English.
• Versatile Content Creator: You are comfortable creating content across multiple formats, including campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, email, social, product messaging, SEO, and video scripts.
• Strong Writer & Commercial Mindset: You know how to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and channels while creating content that supports business and marketing objectives.
• AI Search & LLM Knowledge: You understand how LLMs and AI search engines rank, retrieve, and surface content, and you know how to create content that is optimized for visibility and discoverability in AI-powered search.
• AI & Growth Mindset: You are comfortable using AI and new content-production tools, and are curious about ways to make content creation more efficient and impactful.
• Collaborative & Results-Driven: You work well with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve your content.
