Freelance Partner Engagement Specialist (Berlin/Remote)

Handle partner contacts efficiently and with high quality while providing a consistent partner experience.

GetYourGuide partners rely on fast, clear, and correct support. We're looking for a freelancer who can take ownership of day-to-day partner requests, solve issues end-to-end, and keep communication tight, friendly, and professional.

• Manage partner contacts end-to-end: Respond to inbound partner requests via email, clarify needs, and drive cases to resolution.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently: Provide accurate answers, strong follow-ups, and clear next steps—without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Spot patterns and propose improvements: Flag recurring issues and friction points, and suggest practical fixes.

• Strong operational support experience, ideally in B2B, marketplaces, travel, or customer service operations
• Confidence handling a high volume of partner messages while keeping quality high
• Clear, structured written communication (you can explain complex topics simply)
• Comfortable working with customer service tools
• Ability to work independently
• English fluency (written and spoken)
