  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through commercial negotiation and close.
  • Maintain strong pipeline coverage aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Engage executive stakeholders and decision makers within enterprise organizations.
  • Apply MEDDPICC rigorously to qualify opportunities, access economic buyers, build champions, multithread, and drive forecast accuracy.

  • Maintain disciplined opportunity management and forecasting practices.
  • Drive market penetration through outbound prospecting, executive networking, and partner collaboration.
  • Acquire new enterprise logos while expanding strategic existing accounts.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within key verticals and regulated industries.
  • Work closely with regional partners and resellers to generate pipeline and execute joint sales strategies.
  • Enable partners through joint account planning, opportunity alignment, and customer engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives. This will sometimes involve collaborating with partners.
  • Represent Magnet Forensics at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements across Europe.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding investigative, cybersecurity, and digital forensics challenges.
  • Deliver solution-led sales engagements aligned to customer outcomes and business value.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of enterprise sales experience within SaaS, Cybersecurity, DFIR, or adjacent technology markets.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and executive networking.
  • Experience managing both complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and shorter sales cycles and executive with efficiency and precision.
  • Strong experience applying MEDDPICC (or equivalent) sales methodology.
  • Experience working with both direct and partner-led sales models.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a developing region.
  • Comfortable working across international teams and time zones.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and executive communication skills.
  • Highly organized with disciplined forecasting and pipeline management practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to territory growth.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Meticulous with a strong eye for administrative detail – certain products sold by the EMEA FSP team have a heavily involved approval process where this trait is a must.
